Fees

Fees are due for all contracted hours. If the setting is closed no fee will be charged.
If for any reason I am unable to open due to my own or family illness, holiday or any other reason I am unable to work as usual there will be no charge and any fees already paid will be refunded.

----------------------------------------------
How are payments made?
Monthly in advance. I accept payments by cash, bank transfer, childcare vouchers or the tax free childcare scheme.
----------------------------------------------
HOURLY FEE
School children
£4.20 per hour

Early Years children
£4.80 per hour
----------------------------------------------
My hourly fee includes...
- Home cooked meals
A home made, healthy and balanced cooked meal for lunch and a lighter meal for tea (for example, jacket potatoes, sandwiches, beans on toast)
- All snacks
- All costs for school run drop offs and collections, outings, activities and resources
- Early Years children - You will have access to an online Kinderly account where you will be kept up to date with your child's learning journey with photos, observations and individual next steps planning and a daily diary.

Contracts can be term time only or all year round.

Early years children are required to do a minimum of 2 days per week and 5 hours per session. This is to help me get to know each child and for them to feel confident and secure at Kelly's House so I can best meet their needs and support their individual learning and development.
